Room Reservation Instruction
Please make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure that you will have a room. We have reserved a block of rooms and we cannot guarantee that the room will be available after the deadline of January 23, 2010. You can call the global reservation center at 1-800-346-5550 and book under the name, “Buddhist Churches of America.” The Fairmont Hotel direct line is (408) 998-1900.
1/15/2010 Update: For Fairmont Hotel reservations, it is best to call 1-800-346-5550 or 408-998-1900 and ask for the Buddhist Churches of America room block. Don't use the website as the website cannot accommodate certain dates and rooms and may incorrectly block your request. Most room arrangements are still available at the BCA price or different arrangements can be discussed and made via phone reservations.
The room rates are:
Standard room, single and double occupancy = $144.00 per night*
Each extra person (4 maximum) = $25.00 per night*
No charge for children 18 and under
Fairmont South Tower rooms (4 maximum/room):
Single and double occupancy = $174.00 per night*
Each extra person (4 maximum) = $25.00 per
No charge for children 18 and under
Fairmont one bedroom suite = $244.00 per night*
Each extra person (4 maximum) = $25.00 per night*
No charge for children 18 and under
*Add city occupancy tax (currently 10%), business district assessment
($2.00) and PBID assessment ($1.00).
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
Individual cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival for full refund of the deposit.
Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm.
Hotel guest parking is $26.00 a night. A map with city parking lots in the area is enclosed.
